Shear Bliss Collection was created by a mother-daughter duo, Tonya and Karmin, in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2018.  Tonya has been a licensed manicurist for nearly 20 years and an educator for 30 years.  Karmin has served in the field of occupational therapy for 14 years. This mother-daughter partnership business was created to inspire those they serve in their communities and beyond to build their inner confidence by providing products that enhance their outer beauty.

The mission at Shear Bliss Collection is to provide quality, beauty-enhancing products to those who want to express themselves in a blissful way.  Tonya and Karmin aim to provide the best eyelash strips that will help people look and feel amazing! Their goal is to provide their customers with the most affordable yet highest quality lashes available.
